I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service at Villa Ricci & Benessere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a specific room. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to the old town and amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location by rolling hills provided stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The friendly and attentive staff, particularly Teresa on reception, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms with balconies allowed guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air right from their own private space.
All aspects of our stay were exceptional, leaving no room for improvement.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonably priced drinks and wines. The staff are hardworking and attentive, especially Vanda, who provides excellent service in the bar and dining room. The rooms, although a bit dated and shabby as described by others, are spacious and clean, with ample storage. I was particularly pleased with the balcony, which provided a lovely view of the rolling hills and beautiful countryside. The breakfast had a superb choice on offer, and the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the Old Town and close to a variety of stunning hilltop towns like Bagno Vignoni, Montipulciano, and Pienza.
No major issues, everything was ok.

The hotel is well located, just a short walk away from the Old Town which has amazing views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast was above expectations with many options. The staff were polite and helpful, I even received a proper baby cot for my toddler. Parking was easy and convenient.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent Xmas here and everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Loved the spacious room with its his & hers wardrobe and the spotless bathroom cleaned by the chambermaids. Enjoyed the endless breakfast options and 4 course dinners - the vegetarian options were plentiful. The hotel's location in the rolling hills is stunning, and the old hilltop village and new town are easy walks away. The nearby bakery and homemade pasta shop were very tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordable spa, friendly staff, and lovely location.
The distance from the tourist hotspots - at least an hour to nearby towns. But if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this hotel is the perfect choice.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and have a balcony, some even with views of the surrounding greenery. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is abundant and varied, perfect for starting the day.
The food is occasionally a bit bland, but alternatives can be requested.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was lovely to wake up to the smell of freshly made pastries every morning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with stunning hilltop views and plenty of bakeries and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the spa facilities which were affordable.
The bedroom was quite basic and outdated with an uncomfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was only available in certain areas of the hotel.

One staff member, Vanda, stood out for their exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany, offering breathtaking views from the rooms with balconies. The breakfast options are endless and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Ricci & Benessere. The location was great, with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, although the coat hangers could use an upgrade. The bathroom, while small, served its purpose well and had a good hairdryer. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, especially Vanda who was a true gem. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby hilltop towns like Bagno Vignoni and Montepulciano. The highlight for us was the warm swimming pool, which was a relaxing treat after a long day of sightseeing. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of vegetarian options and outdated room furnishings, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
